Himachali Match is a matrimony platform intended strictly for adults seeking marriage — it is not intended for use by minors, and we do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts.

Age Eligibility

Registration requires the candidate to meet India's legal minimum marriageable age (21+ for grooms, 18+ for brides), consistent with our Terms & Conditions. Profiles found to misrepresent age, or created for an individual below this threshold, are removed on discovery.

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors in any way. This applies to profile photos, bios, messages, and any other content on the Platform.

Prevention & Moderation

• New profiles and photos go through moderation review before becoming visible to other members.
• Our Community Guidelines prohibit impersonation, false age claims, and any sexual or exploitative content.
• Reports flagged as involving a minor are prioritized and escalated for immediate review.

Reporting a Concern

If you encounter content or behavior on Himachali Match that you believe involves a minor or CSAE, report it immediately:

• Use the Report option on the relevant profile, photo, or message inside the app.
• Or email us directly at support@himachalimatch.com with the subject "Child Safety Concern" — include as much detail as you can (profile name/ID, screenshots, description).

We review such reports as a priority, remove violating content and accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent Indian authorities where legally required.
